Assistant Front of House Manager
Full time, 37 hours
Salary: £25,000 per annum
With our vision of uniting people through the joy of live music, we programme a diverse range of artists, showcase amazing community events, use our spaces for a range of commercial business events and host our inspirational Music Education Hub performances.
Our Production Office receive, advance, and deliver these events, facilitating all event requirements and ensuring that the quality and standard of each event is outstanding. Our skilled Front of House staff are part of this team and use their expertise, experience and knowledge to meet the needs of our range of shows and events, ensuring all our Bristol Beacon visitors and audiences have the best possible experience
Ahead of reopening in the autumn we are recruiting for 3 new Assistant Front of House Managers to be part of our team. You will have previous experience of team working in a similar large scale, multi-purpose venue and managing large scale music shows and events, including commercial events, within the arts/entertainment industry. You will need previous experience of leading large scale music events in a venue similar to ours and of meeting artist needs and organising event set-up including setting up meetings, conferences, parties, weddings to specified requirements, client liaison and organising others time.
Good knowledge of health and safety and access requirements, audience safety and the ability to respond to changing priorities and problem solve are essential and you will use your excellent communication skills to demonstrate these. You will know the importance of the customer and client journey and be able to add value to that and anticipate needs through your excellent standards of customer care and understanding of customer needs.
These roles will meet the requirements of our busy music venue and will work to a roster over daytimes, evenings and weekends.
