Full time, 37 hours

Salary: £28,000 per annum



With our vision of uniting people through the joy of live music, we programme a diverse range of artists, showcase amazing community events, use our spaces for a range of commercial business events and host our inspirational Music Education Hub performances.

Our Finance team are responsible for managing the finances of all Bristol Beacon activities and our business systems provide financial information and reporting.

The Business Systems Coordinator is the lead support for 3 of our business systems and the role ensures the functionality, maintenance and development of each system to ensure that they each effectively meet Bristol Beacon’s needs.

The role understands how each system operates and can develop, configure and update the system, manage problems with the systems software, and provide training on the system to meet a range of user needs. You will have an excellent understanding of integrated business systems, experience of developing business systems, managing problems with systems and understanding the functionality and development of systems in relation to a range of user needs. You will also have good people and organisational skills, be responsive to internal stakeholders and be able to build good relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
