Individual Giving Development Manager
Part-time 30 hours
Salary: £31,500 per annum, pro-rata £25,540 per annum
Bristol Beacon’s Individual Giving Manager will implement an effective strategy to identify, cultivate and retain new major donors and patrons, in order to achieve agreed income targets for individual giving.
Reporting to the Development Director and working with a high-performing and committed team, you will also support and attend regular development evening events as necessary.
The successful candidate will ideally have a proven track record in achieving fundraising targets from individual giving and a personal track record in securing new gifts and retaining support from individuals. You will be a natural relationship builder with supporters and stakeholders at all levels.
The Development Team are responsible for the fundraising strategy and activity for Bristol Beacon, and we are currently in the final stages of our major building transformation to create a world-class concert hall for the region and looking towards reopening in autumn 2023. Bristol Beacon has been part of Bristol’s cultural heritage for 150 years.
