Full time, 37 hours (part-time would be considered)

Salary: £39,475 per annum

Fixed Term July 2024 – May 2025

We are recruiting for a People Manager to lead our established People Team for a period of maternity leave.  You will have previous HR Business Partner experience and experience of building relationships and managing change to a high level within an organisation.  You will have led teams, know how to inspire and engage your team and be able to foster strong employee voice and inclusion and put this at the heart of an organisation.

You will ideally be CIPD qualified or be qualified by experience, bring strong employee relations experience, experience of writing strategy and policy, a high degree of employment law and best practice knowledge and the ability to coach and advise managers and staff.

Our ideal candidate will bring their previous HR experience combined with the desire and enthusiasm to bring their ideas and best practice to a vibrant and collaborative arts organisation.
