Our package comes with party essentials including DJ and fully staffed bar. Then create your bespoke event by choosing from a range of welcome drinks, food menus and party extras including live bands, photo booths, popcorn machines and more.

1. Choose your venue
Terrace Bar
Our roof-top bar has held some incredible parties and beautiful receptions through the years. It’s the perfect spot to see the city lights.
Foyer Stage & Lower Floor
In the heart of our foyer is our Foyer Stage that’s hosted performances from iconic musicians and been the centre of incredible festivals. This performance space is suited for live bands and DJs and can be the perfect dancefloor for your occasion.

2. Choose your welcome drink
Set the tone for your event and give your guests a welcome drink they’ll love. Choose from:
- Prosecco
- Pimms
- Bottle of beer
- Damson & ginger fizz

3. How many guests?
From a small gathering to a big send-off, we can host parties of varying sizes with pricing to match the length of your guestlist.
50 – 75 guests £20.00 + VAT per person
75 – 100 guests £17.50 + VAT per person
100 – 200 guests £15.00 + VAT per person
We’re foodies at Bristol Beacon. Which is why we’ve taken time to select the best dishes using local providers to include in our party package.

Festive Buffet Menu
£13.25 + VAT per person
Turkey, bacon and cranberry sausage roll – dairy free
Sage and onion stuffing pinwheel, harissa – vegan
Bruschetta, blue cheese pate, walnut and onion marmalade – v, can be wheat free
Drop scone, smoked salmon, celeriac remoulade – wheat free
Cauliflower cheese scone, Somerset brie, sweet chilli jam – v
Chicken and Christmas stuffing brioche
Pistachio and cranberry brownie – vegan
Option 2
Festive Bowl Food Menu
£21.95 + VAT per person
Turkey, ham and leek casserole, crushed new potatoes, crispy sage and onion – wf
Roasted squash, winter herb and butterbean hot pot, almond and sage crumb – vegan and wf
Pistachio and cranberry brownie – vegan
Mincemeat crumble slice
Option 3
Festive Sit-Down Menu
£38.45 + VAT per person for 3 courses
Drop scone, pastrami salmon, pickles, celeriac remoulade – wf
Roasted squash, apple, chestnut and sage soup, cheddar scone – v, can be vegan
Rolled Turkey, sausage, bacon and sage stuffing, gravy, cavalo nero- df
Vegetarian or vegan: Classic nut roast, cranberries and gravy – wf
Served with seasonal veg and roast potatoes
Orange spiced posset, festive shortbread – can be wf
Pistachio and cranberry brownie, poached pear – vegan

Small group size?
We offer bespoke packages for smaller groups. If your party size is less than 50, then we still have great options available for you, so please get in touch.
Fancy a change of menu?
We love our catering suppliers and our menu. But if it’s not to your taste or dietary requirements we have alternative catering options available on request.
Our spaces are flexible
We have various layout options available depending on the number of guests you have. Our events team have tried and tested event formats, but are equally open to trying new ideas and making the space you host your event in perfect for your occasion.
