Our beautifully restored Beacon Hall is a unique space for larger weddings, corporate events and live performances for up to 2,196 people.
Over the years this iconic auditorium has welcomed artists like The Rolling Stones, Stevie Wonder, Ella Fitzgerald, Kraftwerk, Bastille, as well as international conferences with TedX, and started the musical journeys of thousands of young people.

Venue Hire
Our standard venue hire comes with use of Beacon Hall stage, 7 dressing rooms, green room, a variety of stage set ups, lighting, sound and technical staffing provision.
This package is perfect for award ceremonies, simple conferences, book readings or as a great starting point to design your bespoke event.
Technical Packages
Rate: From £2,500 + VAT
Transform your event with our range of technical packages. We have the flexibility to offer a wide variety of sound, lighting and AV options from simple uplighters to a bespoke lighting design, 10K projector and video presentation equipment.
Dependant on your requirements, we will provide all your staffing needs to suit your package from event coordination through to technical delivery.
Live Streaming and Video Conferencing Packages
Rate: From £500 + VAT
Take your event at Beacon Hall to a global stage with one of our live streaming and video conferencing packages. From simple camera set-ups to complex multi-camera captures and live broadcasts, we can cater for all your filming requirements.

Our catering team can offer mouth-watering food a drink packages for any type of event from light bites to banquet settings. All our produce is sourced from local suppliers of the highest quality.

Getting to the venue
Location: Beacon Hall is located within Bristol Beacon. Head to Level 1 and follow signs to find the auditorium.

Bicycle
Bicycle racks can be found in front of the main entrance on Trenchard Street, Colston Street, and on the city centre promenade. Find your nearest cycle routes using Cycle Planner.
Car parking
Trenchard Street multi-storey car park is 200m away, directly behind Bristol Beacon.
Bristol Clean Air Zone
Bristol Beacon is inside the Bristol Clean Air Zone. Check if your vehicle will be charged and how much you’ll have to pay.
Bus
Most bus services stop in and around the city centre promenade, 250m from Bristol Beacon.
Access
Mobility
Spaces for wheelchair users are in:
- row S in the centre of the rear Stalls (10 spaces)
- row Z in the left and right wings at the back of Lower Tier (4 spaces, 2 on each side),
- rows G/H on the left only at the back of Upper Tier (2 spaces)
Assistance Dogs
Assistance dogs and emotional support animals are allowed in the performance space. Seats in row F are most suitable. If you prefer, you can leave your animal with a member of staff during the performance.
Hearing Facility
A Sennheiser MobileConnect assistive listening system is installed in the venue. Download the free App and use your own mobile device and headphones to listen to the performance. (Devices are available on request.)
