Fair Saturday 2019

Fair Saturday is a global movement bringing together arts, culture and social causes on the day after Black Friday with more than 130 cities across the world.

The movement began in Bilbao, Spain and asks people to reflect on what it means to be a fair society, and support cultural and social causes in the process.

In 2018 we launched Bristol as the first official Fair Saturday city in England with kraftwerk re:werk performed by Paraorchestra and Friends at Marble Factory.

What’s happening in Fair Saturday 2019

This year the Made In Bristol Gift Fairs return to Colston Hall for their 11 year with over 70 makers and hundreds of hand made goods.

Joining us on Saturday 30 November will be a fine accompanient of song, as local choirs take to every level of our foyer to fill the market with music.

The Made In Bristol Gift Fair is free to attend, but we’re asking for ‘pay what you decide’ donations. All funds raised will go towards supporting Caring In Bristol; a local Bristol charity that deliver projects around homelessness that engage an amazing community of volunteers, bringing people together to make change happen.
