A black and white image of three people. One is a silhouette.

On Monday 25 November 2024 we had the pleasure of speaking with BBC 6 Music about our sustainability work so far, touching on energy use, audience travel & our ‘Green Gigs’ series, which was broadcast on Mary Anne Hobbs’ show.

Listen back to an interview with Simon Wales (Bristol Beacon CEO), Ciaran Austin (one of our Green Champions), and musician Arooj Aftab.

Audience travel is a major focus area for us, it makes up 62% of our emissions. We’ve set up voluntary travel levies and discounted greener travel initiatives.
