Explosive energy from Tank and the Bangas

A band perform to an audience in a venue with rows of pillars

The August bank holiday weekend saw an array of ‘Bristol Beacon presents’ events across the city, culminating with Tank and the Bangas at The Fleece.

The night was opened by The Suffers, who quickly won over the packed crowd with their infectious, irresistible fusion of funk, soul, R&B and hip-hop.

With the audience abuzz with anticipation, Grammy-nominated Tank and the Bangas arrived on stage and launched into a non-stop, high-energy set full of fan favourites from across their catalogue, including “Oak Tree”, “Black Folk”, “Smoke.Netflix.Chill.”, “No ID”, and much more.
