e-ticket Terms and Condition

1. Your ticket(s) are e-tickets that will be delivered 2 weeks prior to the relevant show date, in accordance with either paragraph 2 or 3 below.

2. If you select e-ticket (PDF) for ticket delivery; your ticket(s) will be delivered to the e-mail address provided at the point of purchase to the ticket vendor’s app/your account. You will be instructed to download the ticket agent app to your smart device.

3. If you select digital mobile tickets; your ticket(s) will be delivered to the ticket vendor’s app/your account. You will be instructed to download the ticket agent app to your smart device.

4. Tickets will be eligible for you to transfer to other ticketholders via authorised agent apps only, 2 weeks prior to the relevant show date.

5. Your ticket purchase constitutes a personal, revocable licence and, at all times, remains the property of the promoters.

6. Your ticket(s) are sold by the promoters directly to you as a consumer. Any tickets purchased by businesses or traders in breach of the terms and conditions of ticket sale may be cancelled. By accepting these terms and conditions you confirm that you are a consumer.

7. Your ticket(s) will IMMEDIATELY BECOME INVALID if resold OR OFFERED FOR SALE. Tickets sold via third parties and other unauthorized outlets, including online auction sites, are not valid for admission. The resale of a ticket renders it invalid and may lead to refusal of entry.

8. Ticket sales are limited to a maximum of 6 per customer.

9. Only tickets purchased through approved ticket agents (AXS, Ticketmaster and official venue ticket agents) are valid for admission. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission.
