Guidance and Covid-19 safety advice to follow to help you enjoy your visit safely

We want to reassure you that we are committed to keeping you safe throughout your visit since coronavirus restrictions eased in July 2021 by continuing to operate Covid-secure venues.

You’ll find detailed, regularly updated information on this page about what we’re doing to keep you safe, what you can expect when you visit and our covid risk assessments.

We thank you all for your ongoing co-operation and encourage you to follow our guidance to help keep everyone safe and keep live music live.

What we’re doing to keep you safe

In addition to the measures we ask our audiences to follow, here’s what we’ll be doing to make sure your visit is as enjoyable as possible.

  • Our staff will wear face coverings and PPE
  • Extra cleaning measures
  • We will ventilate spaces thoroughly
  • Our team will take regular lateral flow tests.

NHS Test and Trace

When you visit our venues, we will collect your data and some information about you, so that we can take part in the NHS Test and Trace service and help prevent the spread of COVID-19.

This is no longer a Government requirement, but we will continue to do this in order to keep our visitors and employees safe.

When will we ask for information?

You will be asked to register with NHS Test and Trace app when you arrive.

Alternatively, register your attendance without the NHS app using our digital SignIn service that will be available on a tablet.

What data will we collect?

  • Your name
  • Your telephone number and/or email address
  • The date you visited us
  • What time you went into the venue
  • What time you left the venue

Why are we collecting this data?

We are collecting and processing this information so that we can open our venue. The Government guidelines ask us to do this in order to use NHS Test and Trace to reduce the risk of a further COVID-19 outbreak.

When you share your information with us, this means that NHS Test and Trace will be able to quickly identify people who have come into contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19. NHS Test and Trace can then ask them to act in ways that keep them and others safe.

You can read more about NHS Test & Trace in our privacy policy.

See it safely

We have been granted the use of Society Of London Theatre & UK Theatre’s ‘See It Safely’ mark.

The mark certifies that we are complying with the latest Government and industry COVID-19 guidelines, to ensure the safety of our staff and audiences.

We’re good to go

The official UK mark to signal that a tourism and hospitality business has worked hard to follow Government and industry COVID-19 guidelines and has a process in place to maintain cleanliness and aid social distancing.
