  • Proof of negative PCR/Lateral flow tests
  • Proof of natural immunity

Please check individual show pages for event specific information.

Pre-show emails will be sent to you before you attend an event and will include any updated guidance.

NHS Test and Trace

When you visit our venues, we will collect your data and some information about you, so that we can take part in the NHS Test and Trace service and help prevent the spread of COVID-19.

This is no longer a Government requirement, but we will continue to do this in order to keep our visitors and employees safe.

When will we ask for information?

You will be asked to register with NHS Test and Trace app when you arrive.

Alternatively, register your attendance without the NHS app using our digital SignIn service that will be available on a tablet.

What data will we collect?

  • Your name
  • Your telephone number and/or email address
  • The date you visited us
  • What time you went into the venue
  • What time you left the venue

Why are we collecting this data?

We are collecting and processing this information so that we can open our venue. The Government guidelines ask us to do this in order to use NHS Test and Trace to reduce the risk of a further COVID-19 outbreak.

When you share your information with us, this means that NHS Test and Trace will be able to quickly identify people who have come into contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19. NHS Test and Trace can then ask them to act in ways that keep them and others safe.

You can read more about NHS Test & Trace in our privacy policy.

See it safely

We have been granted the use of Society Of London Theatre & UK Theatre’s ‘See It Safely’ mark.

The mark certifies that we are complying with the latest Government and industry COVID-19 guidelines, to ensure the safety of our staff and audiences.

We’re good to go

The official UK mark to signal that a tourism and hospitality business has worked hard to follow Government and industry COVID-19 guidelines and has a process in place to maintain cleanliness and aid social distancing.
