Membership Terms & Conditions

Bristol Beacon Memberships can be purchased online, by phone or over the counter. These terms and conditions apply to Bristol Beacon Memberships.

 

Membership Benefits

All membership benefits are subject to availability and may change without notice. Benefits provided by third parties are outside our control.

Membership does not guarantee access to tickets. Ticket availability is subject to demand and may be limited per member.

Benefits cannot be applied retrospectively. For example, fee exemptions on ticket exchanges or resales only apply during an active membership period.

Misuse of membership (e.g. reselling benefits or tickets) may result in cancellation without refund.

 

Validity

Memberships are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase or activation (for gift memberships), unless otherwise stated in promotional offers.

Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable, except as outlined in the Cancelations & Refunds section.

 

Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your membership at any time, but fees already paid are non-refundable unless within the statutory 14-day cooling-off period.

If cancelling within 14 days, we reserve the right to cancel any tickets booked using membership benefits and deduct the value of any benefits used.

Renewal

We’ll notify you when your membership is due to expire.

If you opt for automatic renewal, your membership will renew for 12 months at the prevailing rate. You’ll be notified of any price changes at least 10 days in advance.

You can cancel automatic renewal at any time by contacting us.

 

General

Membership cards remain the property of Bristol Beacon. Please report lost or stolen cards.
