Ardal O’Hanlon

Bristol Comedy Garden returns to the tranquil lawns of Queen Square for 5 days of comedy goodness in the Big Top.

Best known for his role as Father Dougal Mcguire in the legendary and much loved ‘Father Ted’, Ardal O’Hanlon head’s to Bristol Comedy Garden. Lurking beneath Ardal’s mild-mannered demeanor resides a sharp, probing (and fairly mild-mannered) comic brain. Sometimes thoughtful, sometimes silly but always punchy, he has tickled audiences the world over.

Watch him turn innocence into a deadly comic weapon

Joining Ardal is a sublime supporting cast with Live At The Apollo star and one-liner maestro Stewart Francis, the incredibly funny, British Comedy Award winning ventriloquist Nina Conti and yarn-spinning Canadian Craig Campbell as host.
