‘An absorbing and thoroughly entertaining evening…’ wrote Alexandra Hamilton-Ayres in her bachtrack.com review of the 2012 Messiah performance ‘…it was as though Colston Hall had been wrapped in a giant ribbon for what can only be described as a Christmas present come early.’
An almost identical cast returns this year for Bristol Choral Society’s renowned memorised Messiah, complete with Adrian Partington’s ‘masterful rendition’ and the scintillating playing of period orchestra Music for Awhile as we bid you Merry Christmas.
We'd love to hear your memories of the performance. Add your photos, reviews and memories via Twitter using the hashtags: #bristolbeacon and #show19780 and they will appear on this page
