Jerron ‘Blind Boy’ Paxton

River Town 2019

Watching Jerron ‘Blind Boy’ Paxton perform is like going back in time to 1920 and experiencing blues for the first time. At just 30 years of age, Paxton sings from the heart and paints vivid portraits of the world, both good and bad, happy and sad. More than a Blues guitar virtuoso, Paxton is also a master of the banjo, piano, fiddle, harmonica and the Cajun accordion with the sort of ease you’d expect from old hands like Willie McTell and Lemon Jefferson. After selling out the Folk House last year this is sure to be one hot blues ticket in River Town this summer.

“Blind Boy’ Paxton, the world’s greatest kosher blues singer!”
