When Ella Met Frank

An evening of Sinatra and Fitzgerald classics.

This show is at The Redgrave Theatre.

As two of the most popular vocalists of all time, Ella Fitzgerald and Frank Sinatra provided the definitive versions of the golden era of pop and jazz songs. For this very special concert, Bristol Jazz & Blues Festival artistic director, Denny Ilett, dons the tuxedo to deliver some of Sinatra’s greatest moments whilst star of TV show The Voice, Celestine Walcott-Gordon, steps into Ella’s shoes for an evening of swinging standards from the Great American Songbook.

Backed by the Bruce/Ilett Octet playing brand new arrangements of classic songs. When Ella met Frank is a show not to be missed.
