The iconic vocalist Asha Puthli returns to the global stage with her 7-piece band for a night of music and dancing, all in celebration of her global influence and legacy as an artist.
Having shared the stage with legends such as Roy Ayers, Grace Jones & Patti Smith, and known in her own right for her pioneering jazz, disco & soul records such as ‘The Devil is Loose’, this year sees the Indian vocalist, performer and fashion icon embarking on her first official tour in 40 years.
With her tour also encompassing performances at esteemed venues and festivals such as Glastonbury Festival and The Jazz Café, Asha’s appearance in Bristol provides a once in a lifetime opportunity for her fans, old and new, to see her perform her hits in a live setting here within the intimacy of Lantern Hall.
Across all aspects, 2024 is promising to be the year that Asha Puthli reminds the world of her revered history while presenting new art forms that will become as special and as iconic as she is.
