Calling all singers in Bristol aged 14-18!

This summer, young people with a passion for singing can join our exciting new Beacon Session Singers group – building confidence, making friends, and performing on our Beacon Hall stage alongside other young musicians in an unforgettable concert experience on Sat 4 Jul.

We’re hoping to bring together some of the best vocal talent from across the city, to make Beacon Session Singers a professional standard performing group.

We’d like to specifically include young people from underrepresented backgrounds; this could mean young people from Black, Asian, or other Global Majority communities, from low income households, and those who identify as disabled.

If you consider yourself a strong singer with a love of modern music (RnB, Pop, EDM) and you feel ready to rise to the challenge, this could be for you! There is no requirement for any formal training or the ability to read music, the group will accommodate all styles of learning.

Please note we will be informing all applicants to let them know whether they’ve been successful week commencing Mon 4 May, and inviting them to take part in the first rehearsal at Bristol Beacon on Mon 11 May.

Mondays during term time

Session time: 17.30 – 19.30

Age: 14 – 18

If you have any questions, please get in touch with us by emailing ensembles@bristolbeacon.org or texting/WhatsApping us on 07391 680388
