Bitch, Please! presents

B!tch, Pride!

Bitch, Please! is making space in Bristol for queer people to express themselves and celebrate all things queer with Pride! Bitch, Please! are heading into a new direction for their pride celebration and want you to be a part of this journey.

Held at three venue spaces in the day and two in the night from midday to 4am. Venues include, Bristol Beacon, The Christmas Steps and Bambalan during the day time, and Lakota and The Love Inn for after dark. We are using time allocated wristbands for this event to make sure everyone coming to the festival has a comfortable and safe experience. See below for more information.

First wave of A-Z artists have been announced including, Princess Superstar, Cakes Da Killa, Tama Sumo & Lakuti, BADSISTA, Bruce, Massimiliano Pagliara, Nyra, DJ Luv You – full line-up TBA.

Experience local collectives, DJs, performers, artists and some of the fiercest intentional artists that grace the electronic and live queer music scene.

Ticket information

 

Collecting your wristband:

  • Pick up your wristband from the Box Office at Bristol Beacon.
  • All wristbands can be collected from 12pm onwards but must be collected by the allocated time on your ticket.
  • Final release tickets must be exchanged for wristbands by 6pm.
  • You can collect your wristband, leave and come back, during the event.
  • If you miss the time allocation, there may be a late fee added, this goes to B!tch Pride’s chosen charity donation pot.
  • Your wristbands give you access to all three venues for the day event, you do not need to pay more for the other venues.

Getting to the venue

Location: Lantern Hall is located within Bristol Beacon. Head to Level 1 and follow signs to find the auditorium.

  Bicycle

Bicycle racks can be found in front of the main entrance on Trenchard Street, Colston Street, and on the city centre promenade. Find your nearest cycle routes using Cycle Planner.

Car parking

Trenchard Street multi-storey car park is 200m away, directly behind Bristol Beacon.

  Bristol Clean Air Zone

Bristol Beacon is inside the Bristol Clean Air Zone. Check if your vehicle will be charged and how much you’ll have to pay.

  Bus

Most bus services stop in and around the city centre promenade, 250m from Bristol Beacon.

Access

Mobility

Spaces for wheelchair users are available within the first 10 rows on the flat floor of the Hall.

Assistance Dogs

Assistance dogs and emotional support animals are allowed in the performance space. Seats in rows AA-J on the flat floor are most suitable. If you prefer, you can leave your animal with a member of staff during the performance.

Hearing Facility

A Sennheiser MobileConnect assistive listening system is installed in the venue. Download the free App and use your own mobile device and headphones to listen to the performance. (Devices are available on request.)
