Charlotte Day Wilson

This event has passed

A person in a black outfit with their hands over their knees.

Charlotte Day Wilson’s warm voice recalls the jazz phrasings of classic singers. Throughout her career, the Toronto singer, songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist has developed a masterful ability to sing with a sense of timelessness, captivating listeners across generations.

Her latest release, ‘Cyan Blue‘, marks a new chapter for Wilson, reflecting both her personal growth and evolving artistry. The album reveals a cyclical journey, as she sings about protecting her younger self and dreaming of the child she hopes to raise. Musically, ‘Cyan Blue’ is a rich tapestry of influences, blending gospel piano, soul basslines, and R&B melodies with atmospheric electronics.

Watch Charlotte make a single moment stretch into a lifetime of feeling as she performs live in our transformed venue this October.

[Their] vast voice is like a canyon that the sun can’t access; the percolating soul and quiet storm that surround it flicker like candlelight.”
