Pulse Kids offers a weekly, relaxing and fun space where children aged 7-11 with additional needs can meet, express themselves and thrive through music and movement.

  • Play music and movement games
  • Explore instruments, sounds and rhythms
  • Create and record your own songs
  • Feel supported in our space

What do we mean by additional needs? All children can have additional needs at times. For Pulse Kids this could be anything to do with their development, learning, communication, behaviour, emotional wellbeing or something else. Needs could be something happening in their life which are affects their capacity to participate in other activities. Please email us below to discuss if you have any questions.

Created in collaboration with Southmead Development Trust, Pulse Kids is a weekly group. It is a space to make music, explore sounds and rhythms and play movement games, in a supportive, relaxed environment. Pulse Kids develops skills like empathy, communication, interpersonal skills and confidence.

Registration is currently via referral only.

I can’t put into words how much of a positive impact this group has made for my daughter and myself! Transitional for sure!  After each session she would stay in blissful state of joy and happiness and I wouldn’t expect that at all. We discovered her voice abilities thanks to all those playful times and she wants learn an instrument.”
