Ivor Novello-winning artist Scott Matthews has long been established as one of the world’s foremost purveyors of song writing.
Taking his cues from the raw, emotive nature of blues and folk, the Wolverhampton native has recently introduced new sonic textures into his world, bringing together waves of electronica and big, chiming electric guitars.
Matthews has chosen specific venues based on their natural ambience for this new tour, allowing songs from his seventh album to flourish with its newfound lo-fi sounds.
After 14 years in the music industry, Matthews continues to push the envelope with songs of breath-taking and thought-provoking majesty.

“elegant, quietly soulful vocal work, with some songs delivered in a slurred style reminiscent of John Martyn.”
