We are seeking to appoint new Trustees to our Board to bring challenge, governance and assurance to our Senior Management Team, to provide expertise to the organisation and to act as ambassadors for Bristol Music Trust and the Beacon.
Senior Technician (Technical Systems & Equipment Maintenance Lead)
Full time, 37 hours
Salary: £29,870 per annum
Closing date: 9.00am Monday 5 August 2024
Our Senior Technicians each take the lead in delivering various aspects of the technical department. Your responsibility will be to ensure that our equipment is well maintained and that our production IT network remains healthy. Therefore, you should have experience in equipment maintenance as well as a good understanding of IT networks and relevant production networking protocols and software.
This role will meet the requirements of our busy music venue and will work to a roster over evenings and weekends.
Technician
Full time, 37 hours
Salary: £27,295 per annum
Closing date: 9.00am Monday 19 August 2024
Our skilled technicians use their technical expertise and experience to meet the needs of our events. Whether it’s for a classical concert or rock and pop show, conference, or education workshop, they provide lighting, sound, and audio-visual support for every type of event in our busy venue.
Finance Assistant
Full time, 37 hours
Salary: £25,235 per annum
Closing date: 9.00am Monday 29 July 2024
In this role, you will support our financial operations, ensuring seamless show settlements and accurate accounts payable processes. Key responsibilities include setting up project codes, reconciling show settlements, processing invoices, and providing financial guidance to staff. Proficiency in financial software, excellent communication skills, and a detail-oriented approach are essential.
