*Festival Lab is another training programme giving skills and experience in the live events sector for 18 to 35 year-olds of Black Heritage.
About the course
Shine Training sits alongside our skills and talent development programme and supports young people from across the South West.
The two-week intensive course uses the arts and music as a tool to build employability, confidence and workplace readiness. Through practical creative activity and group learning, you’ll develop personal, social and professional skills in a supportive environment, as well as meet new people and feel more prepared for work.
We particularly encourage young people to apply who may face barriers to work, including care leavers, disabled and neurodivergent young people, and those under-represented in the creative industries.
