William Doyle

plus Delmer Darion

The artist William Doyle wearing a green turtle neck and grey jacket and round glasses with a see-through frame.

An eclectic and unpredictable artist, William Doyle’s output has garnered a reputation for playful and infectious melodies, teamed under layers of pulsating electronics and glowing harmonies.

Line of Best Fit called 2019’s Your Wilderness Revisited “a dazzlingly beautiful triumph of intention” while Metro declared it an album “of the century”. Now, Doyle is stretching his creative muscles; his new album was born after a hard drive failed, pushing the London-based artist to embrace a new, instinct-led process.

Blanketed in his trusty electronica, there’s also ripping guitar solos, incandescent synths and enveloping soundscapes, proving Doyle to be one of the most inventive and exciting artists the UK has to offer.
