General Membership Information

What is Bristol Beacon Membership?

Bristol Beacon Membership is a way to support our work and enjoy exclusive perks, including:

  • Priority booking for events
  • 10% off food and drink at our bars and cafés
  • Discounts at local favourites like Blaze and Makers

Please present your membership card at point of sale to obtain your discount.

What events do Members get priority booking for?

We aim to offer priority booking to as many of our events as possible. When you activate a Membership and sign up to our regular emails, we’ll send you information each week about what shows you can access priority booking for.

How long is my priority booking period?

Bristol Beacon Members pre-sale is usually 24 hours. The priority booking period is generally (although not exclusively) on a Thursday at 10am. General sale opens on Friday at 10am.

Managing Your Membership

Can I transfer my Membership to someone else?

Memberships are for personal use and can’t be transferred. If you’d like to gift a Membership, we offer options for that – just contact our Box Office who will be happy to help with this.

I've just activated my Membership. What happens now?

Your Membership starts straight away! You’ll receive a welcome email with details of your benefits and how to use them. Your membership card will arrive by post within two weeks – please make sure your address is up to date in your account. If it hasn’t arrived by then, just contact us and we’ll sort it out.

How do I update my details?

Log in to your account to update your postal address or other details at any time.

How do I use my discounts?

Simply present your membership card (or your digital membership card) at the point of sale to receive your discount.
