Italian composer and pianist Andrea Vanzo brings his evocative blend of modern classical and ambient pop to the UK this December.
Known for his emotive sound and cinematic compositions, Vanzo crafts intimate performances that merge piano with subtle electronics and textured arrangements, creating a deeply atmospheric live experience.
His latest single, a r i a, offers a first glimpse of his upcoming project Intimacy Vol. 2, set for release this autumn — a continuation of his exploration into the emotional depth of sound and memory. With a growing reputation across Europe, Vanzo’s music resonates with fans of Nils Frahm, Ólafur Arnalds and Max Richter. A rare opportunity to see a distinctive voice in modern composition up close.

Location: Lantern Hall is located within Bristol Beacon. Head to Level 1 and follow signs to find the auditorium.

Spaces for wheelchair users are available within the first 10 rows on the flat floor of the Hall.
Assistance Dogs
Assistance dogs and emotional support animals are allowed in the performance space. Seats in rows AA-J on the flat floor are most suitable. If you prefer, you can leave your animal with a member of staff during the performance.
Hearing Facility
