Expect sounds from across the spectrum of these wide genres of music, including the intricate cinematics of boci, the deeply rich rock-tinged Chloe Foy and the anthemic but intimate Firewoodisland, alongside the smoky alt-R&B of Immi Dash and the bluesy, captivating vocals of Lady Nade.

boci

boci is a Bristol based violinist and songwriter creating alternative folk. Her use of violin loops, synths and effects pedals allows her to create cinematic, layered textures which evolve into dynamic and intricate arrangements.

Classically trained, boci uses her violin freely and expressively as another voice, taking inspiration from traditional folk playing styles. boci’s music is deeply connected to her relationship with the natural world and time spent walking in the mountains of Scotland, Wales and the Lake District.

Chloe Foy

With her strikingly beautiful voice and emotionally direct songwriting, Chloe Foy has a penchant for finding magic in the spaces between light and dark. Growing up in the quiet of the English countryside, her songs are a reflection of that stillness, woven with threads of vulnerability and longing.

Following her 2021 debut ‘Where Shall We Begin’, which received rave reviews from the likes of The Sunday Times, Clash, The Line of Best Fit, and even broke the UK Folk Chart Top 40, she returns this year with ‘Complete Fool’ – an incredibly personal record that explores a deepened, richer sound; merging rock-tinged folk with classic strings and layers of lush vocals.

Firewoodisland

Made up of Stian Vedøy and Abi Eleri, Bristol-based Norwegian/Welsh duo Firewoodisland craft an anthemic, cinematic sound that utilises a blend of infectious pop hooks, indie sensibilities and organic folk elements underpinned by the duo’s signature vocal harmonies.

Following a slew of critically-acclaimed releases, which saw the duo’s music feature on Grey’s Anatomy, as part of a major Airbnb ad, and drew praise from the likes of BBC 6 Music’s Mark Radcliffe, Clash and Q Magazine, Firewoodisland returned with their third album ‘Further Than My Fear’ in late 2024 – blending luscious folk roots with an ethereal, modern sound.
