Care Homes Concert - Sinfonia Smith Square

Beacon Hall

An elderly person and care home employee dancing together with a joyous expression.

You are warmly invited to join us at Bristol Beacon for a joyful, interactive and free concert, designed especially for Bristol’s Care Home community.

Expect a delightful afternoon of well-known classical repertoire with fun interactive moments, bringing the music and the musicians off the stage and into the auditorium with residents.

Conducted by Matthew Kofi-Waldren, this concert promises rousing storytelling with some of the most iconic operatic overtures. Get close to the orchestra and be transported to exciting lands, through the works of Mendelssohn, Mozart and Rossini.

Friends and family of residents are also welcome to join to watch the concert too. We will be seating friends and family on the Lower Tier in the auditorium, so you won’t be able to sit together, but will still experience the same performance, and be able to mingle before and after the concert.
