Join the Festival of Nature’s Family Nature Party on Sunday 12 June.

Family Nature Party is a free, all-day event aimed at under 10’s. The day will include workshops, storytelling, music, arts and crafts, toddler sessions, games and inspiration for kids and parents to take action for nature and find out about the natural world.

The party will take place at Bristol Beacon from 10am-4pm, with lots of exciting organisations and community groups taking part.

There’ll be loads of interactive family friendly activity stalls to explore from Avon Wildlife Trust, Bristol Avon Rivers Trust, Bristol Rainforest, Greenpeace, Project Splatter, Sharks4Kids, University of Bristol, University of the West of England, We the Curious, and Woodland Trust.

Join in with music, performances, storytelling, and talks on the main stage.

 

Poco Drom

An animal electro dance party family favourite. Poco Drom is ready to rock your wild and wonderful world with a paw full of animal songs that will have you bouncing and roaring along. Slow worms, penguins, cheetahs, badgers and a menagerie of other awesome beasts form the sound track to an electro dance party like no other. Animal costumes optional…bouncing up and down compulsory!

 

Woodland Trust Storytelling Special

Storyteller extraordinaire Michael Loader has teamed up with the Woodland Trust to bring you the story The Man Who Planted Trees, in this Family Nature Party special.

Workshops

£5.00 per child / Pay what you can

Book your place on one of Festival of Nature’s exciting craft, drama, music workshops and toddler sessions.

Tickets are a maximum of £5 per child, with a pay what you can option.

Workshops include arts, crafts, storytelling and learning.
