An interactive installation from the Global Goals Centre in partnership with Bristol Climate Hub, celebrating local heroes who are helping create a greener, fairer future.
As COP26 takes place in Glasgow come and be inspired by their stories and find easy and affordable ways to take local action to fight for our planet and for equality and opportunity for all.
Offering inspiration and hope whilst world leaders gather for the global climate conference COP26 in Glasgow, the installation features a unique interactive artwork created by local mural artist Farrah Fortnum.
It also showcases the 17 local heroes nominated for their work to help reach the Sustainable Development Goals, brought to life by the Bristol17 campaign. Find out about these local heroes at the exhibition and discover easy and affordable ways to take local action to help create a greener, fairer future. Posters of the 17 heroes will also be on display around the city during COP26.
“We hope this installation will inspire and empower people about incredible work that’s going on locally to create healthier and happier communities, and how we can all be a part of that within our own sphere of influence.” – Jenny Foster, Project Lead at Global Goals Centre.
