A renowned musical legend, Kanda Bongo Man is “one of the key figures in the development of Congolese soukous music” (The Guardian).
Championed by John Peel and Andy Kershaw in the late 80s, the Congolese musician has been pioneering his exuberant dance music for over four decades.
During this time he’s played shows all over the world including at Glastonbury, Womad and the Eden Project. With a proven reputation as a true showman, “the sheer infectious danceability of his tunes” (The Independent) always ensures Kanda Bongo Man’s live shows are a groove-filled party.
