A group of people play music together

Pulse is for adults who wish to improve their health and wellbeing through music and movement.

These drop-in workshops happen every few months and offer music making and physical exercises to connect people with activity and creativity.

What happens in a session?

Sessions start as a coffee morning with refreshments, and then move into music making, movement and listening.

During the session you might:

  • Enjoy refreshments with others
  • Make music with instruments and singing
  • Move your body to music
  • Relax, listen and breathe

Ages: 18+

Free, no booking required

Duration: 2 hours, 11:00-1300

Open to all abilities. No musical or movement experience needed.

Sessions are for adults but children are welcome with their parents.

The venue is situated off Greystoke Avenue.

There is a dedicated free car park at the venue with disabled parking spaces.
