PULSE

Music and movement sessions to improve your health and wellbeing

Pulse is for adults who wish to improve their health and wellbeing through music and movement.

Created in collaboration with Southmead Development Trust, Pulse is a regular weekly group and drop-in sessions every few months. It is a space to make music and enjoy physical exercise, for people of all abilities.
