Bristol Beacon Singing Sparks are made up of singers aged from 7-9 and forms part of Bristol Youth Choir. The choir aims to foster a love of singing in its members by helping to read music and sing parts in a fun and relaxed way, whilst always aiming for the highest standards.
Rehearsals for Singing Sparks focus on the foundations of singing while helping to develop singer’s general musicianship skills. Singing Sparks will regularly perform together with the Junior and Intermediate Choirs.
This ensemble is part of our Young Companies in Residence programme, supported by Paragon Music Trust, Andrew Lloyd Webber Foundation, Bristol University Music Society and individual sponsors.
