Slapstick Festival makes a triumphant return to Bristol Beacon after five years, marking its 20th edition.
Join Slapstick for an unforgettable experience featuring over 30 classic and silent comedy film events, as well as exceptional comedy performances in some of Bristol’s most cherished venues, including Bristol Old Vic, Watershed, and an exciting lineup of 11 events at our transformed venue.
The five-day celebration promises more surprises, with additional names to be added but a list of special guests including Hollywood actor Hugh Bonneville, Harry Hill, Tim Vine, Samira Ahmed, Lucy Porter, Adam Hills and Robert Lindsay, to name but a few.

Silent Comedy Pass
Price: £119.90 incl. booking fee
Ideal for Silent Comedy enthusiasts, offering nearly a 50% discount off regular tickets. Includes access to 17 events, featuring all 12 Watershed events (excluding the relaxed screening of Abbot & Costello).

Slapstick Full Pass
Price: £245.25 incl. booking fee
Tickets to 30 events, encompassing everything in the Silent Comedy Pass plus prime seating to 13 additional events held between 14-18th February, offering almost 50% savings on full-price tickets.
This pass also includes tickets to two theatre shows not yet announced at Bristol Old Vic on Sun 18 Feb.

Trenchard Street multi-storey car park is 50m away directly behind Bristol Beacon.

The city centre bus stop is 250m from Bristol Beacon where most bus services stop.

Bristol Beacon foyer has level access from street level with lifts to all levels and areas.
Assistance Dogs
Registered assistance dogs and emotional support animals are allowed in the venue.
Hearing Facility
There is an induction loop at the box office. You can use this by adjusting your hearing aid to the ‘T’ setting. There is no hearing loop facility for the foyer stage.
