Sturgill Simpson has established himself as one of the most daring and most acclaimed artists of our time. His music stretches across genres and styles, from the psychedelic soul to fuzzed-out rock.

Now performing as Johnny Blue Skies he’s making a return to the UK for his first tour since 2020. The tour follows the release of ‘Passage Du Desir‘, his latest album recorded at Abbey Road Studios.

With a Grammy and six nominations across multiple genres, don’t miss this boundary-pushing artist live in Bristol next spring.

This is country music caught between earthiness and spaciness, and it reintroduces him as one of Nashville’s oddest artists, who understands and subverts both the square mainstream and the outlaw fringes of country music.
