Tammy Payne
Tammy Payne is a singer, writer and drummer. She released her street soul classic ‘Take Me Now’ on Gilles Peterson’s label Talkin Loud in the early 90’s and has also toured as a drummer for John Parish (PJ Harvey producer), McKay (Portishead’s Bronx hip-hop album) and prolific French artist, Marc Gauvin.
Her output in hip-hop / electro with Smith & Mighty and Sissi, alt-folk pop with Jukes and jazz-rock with Tamco show Tammy’s exploratory leanings as a singer and songwriter.
Ruth Hammond
Ruth Hammond is a singer/songwriter/multi-instrumentalist who has performed all over the UK, on the stages of the Albert Hall, Ronnie Scott’s and the Jazz Cafe. She recorded and toured internationally with trip-hop band Morcheeba and collaborated with many local artists in the rich Bristol music scene.
Through her involvement with the Bristol International Jazz Festival, she has shared the stage with some top jazz artists, including Pee Wee Ellis, Lillian Boutte, Fred Wesley, Bobby Shew and Claire Teale.
Joanna Swan
Joanna Swan is a singer songwriter performer and Bristol luminary. Most known for her band ILYA with guitarist Nick Pullin. After signing with Virgin Records in 2003, their debut album ‘They Died For Beauty’ was released to massive critical acclaim, with lead single ‘Bellissimo’ appearing in worldwide advertising campaigns across film and TV.
Joanna has continued to write for ILYA as well as perform with her band Hounds of Lounge.

Mobility
Bridgehouse has level access from street level with lifts to all levels. For unallocated seated performances, seats can easily be removed to accommodate wheelchairs.
Assistance Dogs
Registered assistance dogs and emotional support animals are allowed in the venue.
Hearing Facility
There is an induction loop at the box office. You can use this by adjusting your hearing aid to the ‘T’ setting. There is no hearing loop facility for the foyer stage.
