Full time, 37 hours
Salary: £26, 265 per annum
At Bristol Beacon, we believe in the transformative power of live music to unite, inspire, and bring joy. For over 150 years, we’ve been at the heart of Bristol’s cultural scene, offering a rich variety of performances, community events, and educational programs that fuel creativity and celebrate the magic of music.
This is your opportunity to become part of a dynamic, creative environment where live music and events are central to everything we do. From world-class concerts to local community performances, your role will be key in delivering unforgettable experiences for our audiences.
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Box Office Coordinator to support the growth and smooth operation of our Box Office. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Box Office Managers, ensuring a seamless and welcoming ticketing service for all visitors. Your experience in a supervisory Box Office position, along with your expertise in ticketing systems, will be crucial as you help drive sales, optimise processes, and enhance customer satisfaction.
You’ll also collaborate with internal teams such as programming and marketing, as well as external promoters, to ensure we meet the demands of our busy music venue. We’re seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering top-tier customer service.
This role will meet the requirements of our busy music venue and will work to a roster over evenings and weekends.
