Salary: £33,000 per annum
Bristol Beacon is a music charity, world-class venue, and award-winning music education hub with a mission to make space for music every day, with everyone. For over 150 years, we’ve been at the heart of Bristol’s cultural life – uniting people through the joy of live music and nurturing the next generation of musicians.
We’re now looking for a highly organised and professional Executive Assistant to support our Chief Executive and Leadership Team. This key role will involve managing the CEO’s diary, coordinating meetings and travel, preparing board papers, and serving as a first point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a high level of discretion, and experience supporting at CEO/Board level.
This is a full-time, office-based role in central Bristol, working closely alongside the CEO. While occasional remote work may be possible when the CEO is away, this is not a hybrid position.
We reserve the right to close applications a week before the deadline if a suitable number of applications are received.
Diversifying our workforce
We are committed to developing a more diverse workforce through applicants with the skills and experience to help us to widen our perspective and better serve the needs of our communities.
We particularly encourage applications from disabled and ethnically diverse backgrounds as these groups are currently underrepresented within the arts and culture sectors.
