Hybrid, Part Time, 22.5 hours
Salary: £42,000, pro-rata £25,540 per annum

This role secures major gifts from individuals as part of our regular giving programmes.  We are looking for an experienced fundraising manager who is able to tell Bristol Beacon’s story compellingly and connect with and cultivate donations from individuals who want to support our ambitious work within the communities of Bristol.

We are looking for a confident networker who will have the ability to build strong relationships with patrons and major donors and the ability to raise the profile of Bristol Beacon through your knowledge and appreciation of music and the arts.

You will be a confident, highly organised and imaginative fundraiser, who enjoys all aspects of major donor fundraising, with a proven track record of making the ask and securing high-level gifts to meet fundraising targets.

You will be able to write persuasive proposals, lead cultivation events, understand individuals’ and donors’ areas of interest and plan and launch the delivery of public campaigns working closely with other teams across Bristol Beacon.
