Key Information
Schools Relationship Manager
Full time, 37 hours
Salary: £30,061 per annum
Bristol Beacon is the South West’s largest concert hall, promoting musical excellence, creative learning, and community engagement. Our concert halls and Music Education Centre are central to our mission of uniting people through the joy of live music.
We’re looking for a dynamic and highly organised Schools Relationship Manager to join our Music Hub team. In this outward-facing role, you’ll build strong partnerships with schools, support music programme delivery, and play a key part in shaping young people’s access to high-quality music education.
You’ll be the first point of contact for schools in our membership programme—growing relationships, managing agreements, and ensuring a smooth experience for schools, parents, and tutors. Alongside this, you’ll oversee admissions processes, manage data through SpeedAdmin, and help deliver large-scale school events.
This is a varied role combining relationship management, operations, data, and team leadership. You’ll also line manage administrators, support tutors and practitioners, and contribute to the wider success of the Music Hub.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Builds strong, positive relationships with schools and stakeholders
- Thrives in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
- Is confident managing data, systems, and processes
- Can lead, motivate, and support a team
- Has a passion for education, music, or community engagement
If you enjoy connecting people, keeping things running smoothly, and making a difference behind the scenes and on the ground, this role offers a rewarding opportunity to shape music education delivery at scale.
We reserve the right to close applications a week before the deadline if a suitable number of applications are received.
Diversifying our workforce
We are committed to developing a more diverse workforce through applicants with the skills and experience to help us to widen our perspective and better serve the needs of our communities.
We particularly encourage applications from disabled and ethnically diverse backgrounds as these groups are currently underrepresented within the arts and culture sectors.
Submitting an application
To apply for this role, please submit an application via our application portal.
