Bristol Beacon is the South West’s largest concert hall, promoting musical excellence, creative learning, and community engagement. Alongside our renowned live music programme and Music Education Centre, we are one of the region’s most exciting and versatile event venues. Our concert halls, event spaces and public areas are central to our mission of uniting people through the joy of live music.

We are recruiting for a new role to support the delivery of key programmes and activity within our Talent and Skills development programme.

You will have knowledge and experience of working in the music, creative or live events sector, both locally and nationally, including awareness of relevant networks, organisations and industry professionals. You will have interest in artist development and creative skills, a commitment to access, representation and inclusion and experience of planning and coordinating events, ideally within these sectors. You will be able to provide a warm, professional and inclusive experience for participants, audiences and partners.

You’ll do this by using your strong coordination skills including IT and digital skills, content creation, inbox management, monitoring and evaluation and event management with confidence and calm professionalism, communicating well and building strong relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.

Sounds like you? We would love to hear from you about the experience and passion you could bring to this exciting role.
