We offer everything from simple room hire to bespoke events giving you lots of flexibility. All our rooms come with large LCD screens and WiFi access, with options for in-house catering throughout the day.
Our event management team will be on hand to support your event or meeting and our in-house technical team can help with equipment and support as required.
If one room isn’t enough, you can combine your booking with Beacon Hall, Lantern Hall, The Cellars and Bridgehouse to suite larger events and conferences.

The Dundry Room is a beautiful, brightly lit space with lots of natural light and views of Bristol city centre and our Byzantine Victorian architecture. The room can be configurated into multiple formats and seat up to 16 people in a boardroom style.

Kennedy Room is a bright and spacious, glass-fronted meeting room or gallery space looking out into Bridgehouse, our vibrant foyer. The room can be configurated into multiple formats and seat up to 14 people in a boardroom style or be used as an exhibition or workshop space.

Our stunning Golding Bar is available for private hire this summer.

The Cellars & Bristol Water Sound Studios
The Cellars & Bristol Water Sound Studios
The Cellars at Bristol Beacon hosts a performance space called Weston Stage and a creative hub called Bristol Water Sound Studios. If you’re looking for a meeting space for creative projects or a larger event space, these spaces might be ideal for you.

Train
Bristol Temple Meads is the nearest train station, which is served by regular train services from across the UK, including frequent, high-speed service to London.
Bristol Beacon is 1.6km west of the train station, and there are regular bus services from the station to the city centre promenade. Or you can hop on a Bristol Ferry from the station to the City Centre stop, which is 350m from the venue.
Bus and Coach
Most bus services stop in and around the city centre promenade, 250m from Bristol Beacon.
Bristol Bus and Coach Station is 800m from Bristol Beacon.
Bicycle, e-scooter and e-bike
Bicycle racks are available on Trenchard street, Colston Street, and on the city centre promenade. TIER e-scooters and e-bikes are available for hop-on hop-off short term rental across Bristol. There are designated e-scooter parking areas on the city centre promenade.
Boat
Bristol Ferry Boats run every 45 mins. The City Centre stop is 350m from Bristol Beacon on the Floating Harbour. You can board a ferry from Bristol Temple Meads and Hotwells to the city centre.
Car parking
Trenchard Street multi-storey car park is 200m away, directly behind Bristol Beacon.
Bristol Clean Air Zone
Bristol Beacon is inside the Bristol Clean Air Zone. Check if your vehicle will be charged and how much you’ll have to pay.
Access
Bristol Beacon is an accessible venue. There are lowered counters at the box office, bars and Bristol Loaf café, lifts to all floors and accessible toilet facilities. We welcome registered assistance dogs and emotional support animals.
An induction hearing loop is available. An assistive listening system is available in the venue spaces.
Large print formats of venue information are available on request.
Mobility
All our event spaces and public areas are wheelchair accessible.
We have lifts to all floors.
There is level access from Colston Street or Trenchard street with automatic doors.
Disabled parking
The nearest disabled parking is in Trenchard Street car park. A lay-by for drop-off with a dropped curb is immediately outside Bristol Beacon on Colston Street.
Accessible toilets
Our accessible toilet facilities are found on all levels and are signposted in the building. A changing places accessible toilet is available on the Lower Ground Floor of the venue.
