What to expect
The Virtuous Circle will be performed on the floor and stage of Beacon Hall and performers will be on the move throughout. There are two different ways to experience the performance:
Immersive
Standing or unseated in Lower Stalls
You can expect to be amongst the action on the floor of Beacon Hall (stalls) where you can walk or wheel about freely and can choose which elements of the performance you would like to experience up close.
Seated
Reserved seats/spaces
Reserved seats are available at the rear of the Stalls, Choir Stalls, and Lower Tier. From here you can enjoy a wider view of the show.
Wheelchair users
Both Immersive and Seated options are accessible for wheelchair users. Please book a ticket according to how you prefer to experience the show.
Wheelchair users who book for the Immersive experience will be able to move freely between the Lower Stalls and Access Viewing Area in the Rear Stalls via a lift.
How to book
To book for an Immersive experience, select one of these options in the booking path:
- Stalls > Standing Only, then select Standing tickets
- Stalls > Access Areas, then select Wheelchair – Stalls tickets
To book for a Seated experience, select one of these options in the booking path:
- Stalls > then select a reserved seat in the Rear Stalls
- Choir
- Lower Tier
- Stalls > Access Areas, then select Wheelchair – Stalls tickets

- Both Immersive and Seated options are accessible for wheelchair users.
- Wheelchair spaces on the Lower Tier are in a fixed position.
- There are no fixed wheelchair spaces on the floor of Beacon Hall (Stalls). You can choose where you wish to experience the performance in this area.
- Wheelchair spaces in the Rear Stalls are in a fixed position on the Accessible Viewing Platform.
- If you need to sit for a long or short period of time for the performance, please book a ticket in one of the seated areas.

Getting to the venue
Location: Beacon Hall is located within Bristol Beacon. Head to Level 1 and follow signs to find the auditorium.
Address: Bristol Beacon, Trenchard Street, Bristol, BS1 5AR
Bicycle
Bicycle racks can be found in front of the main entrance on Trenchard Street, Colston Street, and on the city centre promenade. Find your nearest cycle routes using Cycle Planner.
Car parking
Trenchard Street multi-storey car park is 200m away, directly behind Bristol Beacon.
Bristol Clean Air Zone
Bristol Beacon is inside the Bristol Clean Air Zone. Check if your vehicle will be charged and how much you’ll have to pay.
Bus
Most bus services stop in and around the city centre promenade, 250m from Bristol Beacon.
Access
Mobility
Spaces for wheelchair users are in:
- row S in the centre of the rear Stalls (10 spaces)
- row Z in the left and right wings at the back of Lower Tier (4 spaces, 2 on each side),
- rows G/H on the left only at the back of Upper Tier (2 spaces)
Assistance Dogs
Assistance dogs and emotional support animals are allowed in the performance space. Seats in row F are most suitable. If you prefer, you can leave your animal with a member of staff during the performance.
Hearing Facility
A Sennheiser MobileConnect assistive listening system is installed in the venue. Download the free App and use your own mobile device and headphones to listen to the performance. (Devices are available on request.)
