Four people pose in front of a blue backdrop.

Ahead of their forthcoming new album ‘My Big Day’, titans of the math rock-infused indie heydays of the mid-2000’s, Bombay Bicycle Club have announced a UK headline tour in early 2024.

To coincide with the announcement, the band have also shared ‘Tekken 2’, a surprise collaboration with the queen of R&B, Chaka Khan. Written by frontman Jack Steadman at the band’s own London studio, Jack was eager to share the song with global legend, envisioning her as the ultimate feature to elevate the track.

‘My Big Day’ showcases not just the band’s versatile musical prowess, but also their capacity to attract monumental talent spanning various music domains, featuring an eclectic host of guest vocalists that perfectly encapsulates the breadth of the band’s widespread appeal, including Damon Albarn, Jay Som, Nilüfer Yanya and Holly Humberstone.
