From the quote attributed to Mark Twain, humour is defined as Tragedy Plus Time. Come and join Ed Byrne as he tests that formula by mining the most tragic event in his life for laughs.

Winner of ‘Best Reviewed Stand Up Show at Edinburgh 2023’ (British Comedy Guide) at the Edinburgh Fringe 2023, the past few months have seen a wave of 5-star reviews and outstanding critical acclaim for Ed.

Ed has hosted Live At The Apollo and made regular appearances on QI and Mock The Week (BBC).

“Hilarious, extremely dark, profoundly touching and resolutely unsentimental. Ed Byrne has plumbed the very depths of his soul and found something verging on greatness.”
