Emily Magpie presents howl

Weston Stage

Book Tickets

£13.44 - £33.44 Incl. booking fee

A person in a white dress leaning against a tree with one arm. They have a curly red bob hairstyle with a flower crown.

Bristol-based artist / producer Emily Magpie brings her new folklore infused mini-album howl to life with a special hometown show on the Weston Stage.

Blending alternative pop with folk instrumentation, myth and experimental electronics, Emily creates music that feels both ancient and quietly futuristic – intimate, immersive and rich with storytelling. Her work has received support across BBC 6 Music (Deb Grant, Emily Pilbeam, Huey Morgan, Tom Ravenscroft, Stuart Maconie, Gideon Coe), alongside NPR, Crack Magazine and Apple Music, with recent live highlights including Green Man, Shambala and a UK tour supporting Dizraeli.

Joined by her three-piece band, this show offers a first chance to hear material from howl ahead of its release – weaving together new songs with earlier work in a close, listening-focused setting.
