Five people dressed in casual suits sat on different levels of stools in a bright room. They're holding sting instruments.

Le Vent du Nord bring the rich traditions of Québec folk music to Bristol Beacon, combining five-part harmonies with fiddle, accordion, hurdy-gurdy, bouzouki and foot-tapping rhythms.

One of Québec’s most celebrated folk groups, the band draw on centuries-old traditions while bringing a distinctly contemporary energy to their music. Their live shows are joyful, spirited and full of musical interplay, moving effortlessly between lively traditional tunes and more reflective songs.

Expect infectious rhythms, soaring vocals and a deep connection to the stories, landscapes and communities that shape Québec’s musical heritage.
