Rhythm Utsav returns for its 10th anniversary, celebrating the richness of Indian classical music and dance while showcasing Bristol’s next generation of young performers.

The evening brings together acclaimed professional artists and 80 children and young people from across the city, with a first-half performance featuring master musicians RN ‘Bangalore’ Prakash on mridangam and ghatam, Ratheeshkumar Manoharan on violin and Sri ‘Venuganamani’ Pitchaiappah Gnanavarathan on Carnatic flute. Following the interval, the spotlight turns to the festival’s young stars, presenting a vibrant showcase of music and dance.

Expect an inspiring celebration of talent, tradition and the future of Indian classical arts in Bristol.

Spaces for wheelchair users are available within the first 10 rows on the flat floor of the Hall.

Assistance Dogs

Assistance dogs and emotional support animals are allowed in the performance space. Seats in rows AA-J on the flat floor are most suitable. If you prefer, you can leave your animal with a member of staff during the performance.

Hearing Facility
